Is a good is a good opportunity to buy a standard stone ruin on Hvar Island South side, with far reaching sea views. The house is located in a small hill side village which in recent times has experienced one or two houses being refurbished and is seen as a quiet retreat from the more lively nearby towns. The stone house consists of two floors each of about 30m², in addition there is an extra small ruin within the grounds adjacent to the house which has potential for further living accommodation. The house has a small outside area to the front and in addition to the rear, whilst the big water well adjacent to the house would make a lovely terrace from which are beautiful sea views. The village is approached via an unmade road of approximately 3 to 4 kilometers from the principle road. There’s electricity in the village and we understand that mains water is planned, however, this might still be several years, so currently residents use their own water wells.
