Hooray, Cogerson: you might be protected and have energy!

Hi Cogerson, good to see you’ve survived nature’s fury, thanks for posting.
For some time I assumed Drew wasn’t going to make it into my artists hub assortment. A big problem right here when the only little bit of bio you could find sends out warning alerts.

Very properly completed…I feel that I have been seeing his work most of my life, and now I know who the man behind the curtain is…thanks for sharing this data.

My favorites of the poster you confirmed can be Gold-BladeRunner Silver- Indiana Jones and Temple of Doom…Bronze-Back to the long run.

It’s a shame that computer poster art pretty much ran him out of business….these things go in cycles so I’m certain his kind of poster can be again….and at 64…he might nonetheless have a couple of masterpieces left in him

Voted up and awesome.

Hi Flora, I a lot choose the hand painted film posters of yesteryear to the photo montages of in the present day, which largely consist of head shots of the actors. I am not shocked many of these previous posters promote for 1000’s of dollars at auction.

That Again to the longer term poster is a favourite, I remember questioning what that factor was behind Michael J. Island Fox until I saw the film and realised it was the door of the automotive. 🙂

I must admit that many of the films for which you provided the posters I have not seen. Simply the kind of motion pictures, I suppose, as well because the era are the reasons. my favorite movie of them is Back to the future. As I bit of bias being a fan of Fox, I would in all probability say this even if I had seen extra of these movies. Regarding the listing of movie titles you list by title, with or with out a poster proven, I’ve seen 10 of them-and three of those star Fox. I am not surprised Struzan had to film to comic books. I know digital artwork means that you can do issues by no means doable before, however it many ways I think it just decreases the amount of inventive inginuity by individual artists. I have all the time seen, to go back to movies, a higher diploma of artwork within the hand drawn images of Disney movies of outdated in the 2D type, than in the Pixar type of animation which may do it quicker and more effectively.
